Principle
The Green Tech technology of Ultrasonic Antifouling System is the use of high frequency waves in the sectors: shipbuilding, offshore and industrial to treat work and in full respect of nature.
A generator produces electrical energy at high frequency, a translator converts sound waves of high frequency.
Ultrasound spread in the flow causing “cavitation“, it means that millions of microscopic bubbles are formed and destroyed violently.

MARINCO Ultrasonic Antifouling System prevents the formation of marine vegetation within sea water circuits,pipes and hull. It has been used for some time on board of merchant, passenger ships, offshore accommodation barge, offshore platform for fire system, and it is starting to be used on yachts.
Our engineers studied that the installation of Marinco Ultrasonic transducers do not drilling, so, the system can be install in the existing ship and also during the normal running operation.
Environmental research of our Green Tech is that nothing is in contact with the water and nothing going inside.
This effect create an anti-habitat for organic matters, flora and marina fauna, reducing their grooving in a sea water circuit, from 79% up to 93%.
Ultrasonic antifouling system follows the rules of the registry legislation Naval as well as all international standards such as the US Coast Guard’s Polar Star.
It does not use any chemicals or toxic substances, but only works with the physical and non-dangerous effect, non-destructive and vibration generated by the ultrasonic waves that are dispersed without damage to the hull and the environment.

The REUS (REFINERY ENVIRONMENTAL ULTRASONIC
SYSTEM)
is a system of mechanical refinement of the
fuel by means of ultrasonic technology Green in full
respect of Environment.
